This was my first visit to Bob Kaiser's Auto Service. I recently lost my Mom and the last thing I need is stress. But, from the moment I put my request for service online until I picked up my car the next day everything was done smoothly , friendly, and professionally. My car desperately needed a routine check up and new tires that I kept putting off. There was no stress with back forth wheeling & dealing (you know what I mean)...they just took care of what was needed, did a good job, and it was ready the next day. A bonus for me that I really appreciated was the car loaner they let me use. I noticed they also have a roomy waiting area if you plan on waiting for your car. I would recommend Bob Kaiser's Auto Service to anyone.

I needed an oil change and was able to get it done immediately. Even though I can get it done for free at the dealership it is more convenient to have it done at Bob's. and not have to worry about unnecessary repair recommendations. I have been a customer since he was on Chili Ave. in the city.
